The RSPB has the opportunity for two new Area Consultants to join the RSPB’s Food & Beverage Consultancy Team.   

The location is flexible but involves frequent travel to our Reserves across the UK where you will

  • Use your commercial expertise to advise, guide and grow our Food and Beverage propositions
  • Work with internal and external stakeholder to create and deliver on targeted business plans
  • Be the trusted expert and critical link that supports and enables teams to be at their best and achieve success
  • Take a hands on approach, making regular visits to the outlets that are under your direction
  • The geographical area covered will be focused around the residential location of the successful candidate, although any specific specialist skills, knowledge or experience will be utilised across all of our Reserves where relevant

Using your specialist commercial expertise and direction for food, beverage or similar outlets the RSPB is looking for you to

  • share your practical experience of the legislative requirements, systems and procedures that facilitate a successful food and beverage operation
  • interpret management information to support decision making and affect change
  • lead, manage and coach successful teams

This is a Permanent, Full-Time role and the location is flexible. A current driving license is necessary as the ability to drive to other, often remote locations is essential, and may involve overnight stays.
