This role will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Integrated Marketing to develop and implement Masterbrand activities, from brand advertising and brand identity design to on-site marketing, to grow audiences and ensure brand consistency across all museum output.

It will also develop and implement marketing communication strategies for major exhibitions (including Gabrielle Chanel. Fashion Manifesto), displays and events. This role will also involve working with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement tourism strategies for domestic and international markets, working with key industry and tourism bodies and identifying potential for integration within existing campaigns.

There is a free text field at the bottom of the application form; this is very important part of the form and is your opportunity to highlight what makes you a suitable applicant for the role. We encourage you to use this section as an alternative cover letter, to highlight your relevant career skills and experiences, alongside any personal skills, interests, and experiences, that could make you a suitable candidate.

If you are shortlisted, we are happy to arrange a call with one of our existing team members to ensure the V&A is the right place for you. Please note this call would not be with the hiring manager and we can provide further details at the next stage of the process.
