Your main responsibilities will be:
- Monitor and evaluate production performance along with build-level requirements, whilst identifying opportunities for improvement across multiple product ranges in accordance with the KPIs - influencing and informing the Production Supervisor when you foresee issues coming by monitoring KPIs.
- Maintain and develop your own KPI board for your area with support from the Deputy Production leader. Ensure daily huddles covering all staff are maintained where KPI and other relevant information are shared in a timely manner.
- Monitor product build quality and yield levels to identify improvement opportunities, training requirements, and basic technical first-line support and to escalate where required.
- Collection of accurate production data and reporting in the format required on a timely basis.
- Lead and coach teams high-performing teams, (Deputy Production Leaders, and Production Operatives).
