Lush Liverpool Spa is the largest LUSH in the world, opening 2 years ago it is one of three Lush Anchor stores (Flagship store for anyone external to Lush) within the UK alongside Oxford Street and Birmingham. Along with 100’s of products, we also host a variety of services: the Lush Spa, HairLab, Florist, Makeup, Perfume Library and Coffee.

Lush Liverpool Spa should be the heart of the local community, a familiar face that champions exceptional 5* customer service whilst being representative of the surrounding area. Our management team are currently focussing on rebuilding the business during Covid-19 with as much innovation and reactive retailing as possible.
Contract Details
Rate of pay - £9.50-10.50 per hour
Contract type - Temporary Contract (with a view to become permanent)
Location - Lush Liverpool Spa (38-46 Church Street, L1 3AW)
Contracted Hours - hours per week TBC across up to 5 days (Part time considered)
Reports to - Store Manager & Management Team
Role Overview
The Digital Creative role will work closely and collaboratively with the management team to support brand building engagement, product launches and build the business through digital means. You will work closely with our in-store videographer to schedule, manage and create high quality content that organically increases engagement, directly impacts store footfall and sales. The main areas of focus will be social media (including Instagram, Facebook and Google My Business and leading on to TikTok), this will include digital content for events and services to make sure all of the areas of the store are adequately covered. The ideal applicant will have a proven proactive approach to using digital tools to engage with our customer base and build brand awareness.
With building the business at the forefront you will also be required to scope out opportunities for in-store events, and opportunities for Lush Liverpool to be directly involved in the local community. You don’t have to have an in-depth knowledge of Lush but this would be beneficial. You will also work closely with wider brand events/PR and other digital teams.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Working in line with the vision and direction of the Management team
- Working alongside the Management team to grow and execute our business building strategy
- Reporting on digital insights and engagement
- The creation and maintenance of high quality digital media (In collaboration with our in-store videographer)
- Attending regular meetings with the management team and wider brand team when needed.
- Presenting analysis and insights to Senior Management on a regular basis.
- Seeking out new digital and business building opportunities and ideas for Lush Liverpool Spa to achieve fulfillment of our vision and to facilitate business growth
- Continue our 5* customer service through to our digital channels via community management through replying to comments and messages, remaining active across our social media platforms and engaging with the audience.

- Confident in using G-suite and Photoshop
- Skilled in photography and videography
- A talented visual storyteller, able to tailor content to our customer base while also intriguing new customers
- Comfortable thinking outside the box and trying news ways of doing things
- Able to detect trends and react quickly to capitalise on them
